With increased health awareness, life expectancy has increased. In this regard, all health practices in the period from birth to death have become more important. The concept of healthy and long life, which is taken into consideration all over the world; Protective, therapeutic and performance enhancing physiotherapists have become a sought-after and needed professional group. 

Fenerbahçe University Faculty of Health Sciences Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation department; It aims to train and integrate into the society physiotherapists who work for human health at all ages, support patients in managing pain and prevent diseases, aim to increase functional capacity, adopt the principles of preventive rehabilitation and the concept of health promotion, are researchers, and are health professionals who can work in interdisciplinary cooperation.

Our department aims to train physiotherapists who have acquired basic knowledge, developed clinical skills, can reach universal knowledge with an analytical thinking attitude, develop and produce brand new products, are aware of their professional rights and responsibilities and are committed to ethical values.

Young people who will choose the profession of physiotherapist, which has a sacred meaning like every profession that serves human health, will also witness happiness in their professional lives, such as a baby who cannot walk starting to walk, an athlete who cannot run returning to the field, and a paralyzed patient who cannot use his hands writing.
