Our University Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design; It aims to raise graduates who focus on developing critical perspectives in the context of human-space relations, space design and perception, who can make inquiries within the framework of current theories, who have the necessary knowledge and technical equipment for the spatialization of designed ideas, and who can work individually and in teams.

Our understanding of education is based on the idea of ​​addressing social, cultural, environmental, economic, psychological, artistic and technical issues that affect space design from a holistic perspective. In this regard, it has planned an order in which design studio courses are centered, while other courses are structured as modules and serve the design studio courses. An understanding is adopted that considers unity not only with interior design but also with different disciplines in which reading and studies are carried out from macro scale to micro scale. With our curriculum, course contents and main approach based on this holistic approach, we aim to move the place we try to position the field of Interior Architecture to the international platform. We believe that the structure of the English and Turkish programs, which we believe will support our adaptation to informal education models, will enable our graduates to have the opportunity to find employment not only in the country but also abroad, with workshops to be held on national and international platforms, competition participation, domestic and international trips and fair participation.

It is obvious that the rapid transformation of the building stock in our country and the world, the intensity of the construction sector, and the increasing number of art and design activities day by day increase the demand for professionals in the field. In this context; We are looking forward to seeing you as students who will develop innovative designs with dynamism, excitement and motivation, who are entrepreneurs, who follow information and communication technologies, who are active in industry and industry collaborations, who can expand not only to the national but also to the international arena, and who are aware of their professional ethics, duties and responsibilities.
