The contemporary teaching approach requires teachers to develop a set of skills (critical thinking, learning strategies, etc.) in parallel with the curriculum and to integrate them with the curriculum. Today's curricula provide general criteria for teachers' classroom practices. Therefore, teachers need to have greater skills in understanding and adapting curricula to their classrooms. In addition to improving their teaching competencies, teachers need to be trained in curriculum development. In this context, this program, in addition to the basic courses that will help them develop their own programs, is thought to offer rich content from the application of contemporary teaching methods and techniques, measurement and evaluation, classroom management, and course management systems that teachers will prefer in line with their own educational needs.
