The Sabancı Executive MBA Program has been meticulously designed for preparing middle level-managers to become top managers who can compete globally. 

We have a demanding program that requires a lot of hard work and effort. This effort includes not only attending classes and studying individually, but also supporting each other as part of a team-learning process. The program is designed to build upon the practical experience of the participants, creating an environment that allows sharing such experiences. The EMBA (Executive MBA) Program for Executives is designed to prepare mid-level managers to become senior executives ready for global competition. The part-time nature of the Executive MBA program allows participants to view their responsibilities in the program and their professional lives as complementary learning experiences. The program aims to integrate knowledge gained through readings and lectures into a platform where participants can learn from the experiences of their classmates and themselves. Participants are expected to work in teams on projects both in and outside of class hours, and to actively participate in class discussions and other activities. As part of the Sabancı Executive MBA program, an educational trip is organized to Columbia Business School in New York, where our students take courses on Negotiation, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship from CBS faculty members. This trip is a mandatory part of the EMBA program.
