Industrial Engineering is a branch of engineering that develops and applies methods and techniques for the design, establishment, development and improvement of systems consisting of people, materials, machinery, energy and capital.

Our department was founded in 1998 and has brought hundreds of graduates to the business world who can be successful in a competitive environment at national and international level. With the MÜDEK accreditation we received in 2014, we continue our student-oriented education. In addition to the achievements of each Industrial Engineer, our students can pursue careers in the fields they want, thanks to different elective courses such as E-Commerce and ERP, Reliability, Scheduling, Industrial Engineering Applications in the Energy Sector. Sector experience and wide communication networks are gained through graduation projects designed to solve real problems in real companies.

Education is supported by the ERASMUS Program. The scientific studies of our strong teaching staff are published in internationally respected journals and carry our department to the top among other universities. IESC, one of the most active clubs of our university, carries out productive activities with its comprehensive organizations every year.
