PROGRAM OBJECTIVE
Companies that aim to increase their competitiveness need individuals who can generate new ideas, transform these ideas into projects, and convert them into economic value. For this reason, the demand for engineers and manager candidates with scientific knowledge in technology and innovation management is continuously increasing.
Through the Master’s Program in Technology and Innovation Management (with Thesis), we aim to equip participants with expertise in areas such as technology management, innovation management, knowledge management, organizational development, creative design development, and project management within the framework of the knowledge economy and global competition. Our goal is to educate graduates who can approach technology not only from a technical perspective but also from social and administrative dimensions, with a systematic and holistic mindset.
Similarly, students will gain knowledge on how to establish successful ventures, the importance of products, brands, and innovation under evolving environmental, technological, and social conditions, and will contribute to national development and growth by founding stronger and more sustainable enterprises in the future. In the field of entrepreneurship, innovation and sustainability strategies can now be integrated into a wide range of processes, from supply chain management to end-to-end operations.
